Just
like parathas are mandatory in winters mangoes are mandatory in summers.So
today we are making Mango Custard along with some of our favorite fruits .This
Mango custard can last for 2 days so you can prepare it for Ramzan/Ramadan as
the holy month is round the corner.So lets kill this hotness with some chilled
mango custard
Ingredients
Required
Mango
pulp 1 cup
Milk
(full cream or cow) 1 Litre
Chopped
Fruits of your choice (Mango,Apple,grapes ,Pomegranate)
Sugar
3 tablespoons
Custard
powder 2 tablespoons
Chilled
milk ¼ cup
Method
of Making Mango Custard
Step
1:- Dissolve custard powder in chilled milk,so that there is no lump, once done
keep it aside
Step
2:- Take full cream milk in a pan followed by sugar and allow it to boil, when
it comes to boil switch flame to medium and mix custard mixture
Step
3:- Keep stirring it for 5-6 minutes and then switch off the gas
Step
4:- Add mango pulp mix well and allow the mixture to cool down
Step
5:- When mixture comes to room temperature refrigerate it for atleast 2 hours
Step
6:- After 2 hours serve it with your favorite fruits
