Ingredients for Brownie
½ Cup melted butter
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
6 Tablespoon or half cup Coco Powder
1 Cup Plain Flour (Maida)
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
½ cup Chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped dark chocolates
½ cup curd/yogurt
½ Cup melted butter
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
6 Tablespoon or half cup Coco Powder
1 Cup Plain Flour (Maida)
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
½ cup Chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped dark chocolates
½ cup curd/yogurt
Method of Making Egg less Brownies
Step 1:- Pre heat your kadai or pressure cooker
Step 2:- Add a Cup of Salt followed by cooker stand or plate
Step 3:- Cover it and preheat it for 10 minutes on high flame
Step 4:- Take bowl mix melted butter sugar and coco powder
Step 5:- Add Maida(Plain flour), Baking powder ,vanilla essence and curd and mix properly
Step 6:- Add chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chunks
Step 7:- Now transfer this batter in a greased cake tin
Step8:- Put this cake tin in pre heated kadai or cooker and cover again for at least 30 minutes on lower medium flame
