Delicious Appe For Weight Loss|वज़न घटाने के लिए खाये ये वाले अप्पे | Paniyaram Breakfast Recipe|Rj Payal's Kitchen
Ingredients Required For Oats Appe
Oats Flour 1 Cup (Grind oats in mixer jar)
Curd 3 tablespoon
Oil 2-3 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chillies 2
Curry leaves
Grated Ginger 1/2 inch
Asafoetida(hing) A Pinch
Salt to taste
Redchilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Water as required
Chopped Onion 1
Chopped Carrot and capsicum 1/2 cup
Method of Making Oats Appe or Paniyaram
Step 1:- Mix Oats flour and curd in a bowl ,add little water and make idli like consistency ,cover it and leave for 10 minutes
Step 2:- For Tadka add 2 tbsp oil in a pan followed by mustard seeds,grated ginger,hing,green chillies and curry leaves .Saute for few seconds
Step 3:- Now add onion,carrot and capsicum followed by little salt .Saute for 1 minute
Step 4:- Transfer this tadka in oats batter
Step 5:- In the same batter add redchilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder and little more salt mix
step 6:- Add little water and make uttapam or pakoda like consistency..Batter is ready
Step 7:- Take appe pan ,flame should be low add a drop of oil and add the batter spoon by spoon ,cover and let it cook for 3-4 minutes
Step 8:- Flip and cover again for 3-4 minutes
Step 9:- Enjoy with coconut chutney,green chutney or just like that.
