Mango Kulfi |Delhi's Famous Kulfi Stuffed Mango

 
 
Kulfi stuffed mango is a double treat for summers .A person can enjoy kulfi as well as mango it tastes like heaven on earth.You can find this stuffed mango kulfi in Old Delhi streets .Today we are making kesar pista kulfi also I have added some tutti fruity in it .This mango kulfi is easy to make at home if you follow the right trick
 
 
 

Ingredients Required

Full cream milk 1 Litre
Few Kesar (saffron strands)
Sugar 3 tablespoons
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Mango 1
Tutty fruity 1/4 cup
Grounded Pistachios ½ cup


Method of Making Kulfi Stuffed Mango

Kulfi
Step 1:-  Take 1 litre full cream milk in a pan allow it to boil and ,when it comes to boil switch the flame to medium and now keep stirring it in every 2-3 minutes also scrape the sides as shown ,reduce the milk till 1/3

Step 2:- Add few tablespoons of hot milk in kesar (saffon strands ) and mix this saffron milk in the pan to get the color and flavour of kesar

Step 3:- When milk reduces its quantity and become half add sugar and cardamom powder and mix 

Step 4:- When milk becomes 1/3 of its quantity switch off the flame and take it out in a bowl and allow it to cool down

Step 5:- Take a mango ,cut the upper part of the mango also take out the seed carefully as shown in the video

Step 6:- Now keep this mango in a bowl ,add pistachios and tutti fruity in kulfi mixture and fill this mixture in mango

Step 7:- cover it with the upper part and freeze for 6-8 hours

Step 8:- After 8 hours peel the mango and cut as shown in the video

Step 7:- Serve it and enjoy this amazing mango kulfi
