Atta Biscuits Recipe in Kadhai|Healthy Whole Wheat Flour Biscuits in Kadai/Pan|Rj Payal's Kitchen
Ingredients Required
Ghee 50 gms
Brown sugar 50 gms
Aata (wheat flour) 70 gms
Baking powder 1/8 tsp
Milk 5-6 tablespoons
Chopped Pistachios for garnishing
Salt 1 cup for baking
Method of Making
Step 1:- Take a bowl add ghee and sugar and whisk for 3-4 minutes or till you get smooth and lump free texture
Step 2:- Now add wheat flour followed by baking powder and mix with light hands
Step 3:-Add milk spoon by spoon and combine the dough
Step 4:- Now cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Step 5:- After 30 minutes make small round shape balls and press a little just like we make peda aur tikki
Step 6:- Garnish with pistacious or almonds
Step 7:- Now place these biscuits on a plate or tray greased with oil or ghee or you can keep aluminum foil on tray or plate (you can also use cake tin instead of plate)
Step 8:- Pre heat your kadai with a cup of salt for 5 minutes on high flame
Step 9:- After 5 minutes keep the biscuit plate in kadai,cover it and let them bake on lower medium flame for atleast 20 minutes
Step 10:- after 20 minutes biscuits are ready
