Ingredients required for Gajar Ka Halwa

Gajar (carrots) 1 kg peeled and greated
Khoya (mawa) 100gms
Milk boiled  half litre
Sugar 75 gms
Ghee (clarified butter ) 3-4 tablespoon




Method of making Gajar Ka Halwa

Step 1:- Add grated carrots (gajar )in a pan followed by milk and keep stirring it till the milk absorbs (it will take 15 minutes)
Step  2:- As soon as the milk absorbs add sugar and stir again for 5-6 minutes or till the water of the sugar absorbs
Step 3:- Add ghee and mawa mix well and its done
Step 4:- serve and garnish with dryfruits
