Today we will be making Delicious Roti/Chapati /Indian bread which will help
you to lose weight .This is also known as diet roti or oats roti.This roti is
full of vegetables and oats flour you can make it easily in your breakfast or
lunch.This roti/chapatti not only helps you to weight loss but also helps you
to reduce your bad cholesterol,maintain your sugar level,controls high blood
pressure,helps to reduce bloating,indigestion and so many things.You can
replace your regular roti with this one and see the change in yourself
Ingredients Required
Oats 1 Cup
Flaxseeds (Alsi) 2 Tablespoons
Finely Chopped onion 1
Finely chopped carrot 1/2
Coriander leaves
Chopped Green chilli 1
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Curd 2-3 tablespoons
Ghee 1 tsp
Method of Making Weight loss Roti or Oats Roti
Step 1:- Blend Oats and Flaxseeds in a jar and make fine powder out of it
Step 2:- Transfer this oats powder in a bowl ,mix onion,coriander,carrot,greenchilli,salt,black peppe,cumin powder and salt followed by curd
Step 3:- Now mix everything well and make a soft dough
Step 4:- Take a small portion of the dough,coat with dry wheat flour and roll it with rolling pin
Step 5:- Now transfer this roti on hot tawa and cook from both the sides on medium flame and apply little ghee
Step 6:- Serve it with curd or chutney
