Learn How To Make Methi ka Paratha 

Methi Paratha is healthy North Indian breakfast dish which is made from leaves of fenugreek( green herb) Fresh leaves of methi are used to make parathas or vegetables . Fenugreek ( methi ) leaves are cooling and aromatic with a unique flavor; helps in weight loss , reduces dullness and drowsiness, very effective in diabetes. Methi leaves are rich in vitamin , minerals , calcium , potassium , iron , phosphorus and are more energetic. 



Ingredients Required for Methi ka Paratha

Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) Wash them but do not chop them (Quantity according to the parathas you are making)
Green chilli 1 chopped
Salt to taste
Redchilli powder 1 teaspoon
Aamchur (mango) powder ½ teaspoon
Garam Masala ½ teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoon for fillin
Oil or ghee for parathas
Wheat dough to make parathas
Dry wheat flour


Method of Making Methi ka Paratha

Step 1:- Take methi in a bowl, add green chilli,salt,redchilli powder,garam masla ,aamchur powder and lso 2 tablespoon of oil now mix everything well (Filling is ready)

Step 2:- Take small portion of wheat flour dough.. Coat with dry wheat flour and roll it.

Step 3:- Add methi filling that we made earlier and pack the paratha as shown in video

Step 4:- Coat again with dry wheat flour and roll it into a paratha 

Step 5:- Now transfer this on a hot tawa ,Flip after a minute and apply ghee or oil and flip again 

Step 6:- Cook from the both the sides

Step 7:- Serve hot with curd
