Today we will be making 3 Sandwich Recipes which you can have it in your breakfast,tea time or just pack a lunch box for your kids
So lets check out the recipes of Paneer Sandwich|Chilli cheese Sandwich|Masala Aloo Sandwich
Which are so easy and quick to make


Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients

Bread slices 2
Butter
Green coriander chutney (Dhania chutney)
Tomato Ketchup
Paneer slices 1 or 2 depends on bread size
Salt and chaat masala to sprinkle on veggies
2 round Slices of onion
2 round slices of tomato
Few Chopped green capsicum

Method of Making Paneer Grilled Sandwich 

Step 1:- Take 2 bread slices and spread some butter on it
Step 2:- Spread dhania (coriander) chutney on any one bread slice and tomato ketchup on the other
Step 3:- Place Paneer (Cottage cheese ) slices on top of any bread sprinkle some salt and chaat masala
Step 4:- Place onion slices,tomato slices and chopped capsicum on top of paneer and sprinkle salt and chaat masala again
Step 5:- Now cover the sandwich  with the second bread and grill it on sandwich maker or on tawa
Step 6:- Enjoyyy

Chilli Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients Required
2 bread slices
Butter
Green coriander chutney (Dhania chutney)
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup (grated)
Chopped green chilli 1
Chopped onion 1
Chopped capsicum ½
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp

 Method Of Making Chilli Cheese Sandwich 

Step 1:- Take a bowl and add grated cheese,green chillies,onions,capsicum,salt,black pepper and chaat masala..mix everything well  and keep it aside

Step 2:- take two bread slices and spread butter on both the slices followed by coriander chutney (dhania Chutney)
Step 3:- Add cheese and vegetable filling on any one bread slice and cover it with the second one
Step4:- Now add butter on hot tawa and place sand wich on it apply some butter on of bread slice and flip it after a minute
Step 5:- Enjoyyy

Masala Aloo Sandwich

Ingredients Required
Boiled and mashed potato 2
Bread slices 2
Butter
Coriander chutney (dhania chutney)
Few Coriander leaves
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Ginger ,garlic and green chilli paste (ginger 1 inch,garlic 5,green chilli 1 or 2 according to your taste)
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Method of Making Masala Aloo Sandwich 

Step 1:- Add oil in a pan followed by mustard seeds and ginger garlic and green chilli paste sauté for few seconds
Step 2:- Add boiled and mashed potatoes followed by turmeric powder and salt mix and add coriander leaves and switch off the flame
Step 3:- take two bread slices spread butter on it followed by coriander chutney (dhania chutney)
Step 4:- Add Aloo Masala on any one bread and cover it with the other one
Step 5:- Now add butter on hot tawa and place sand wich on it apply some butter on of bread slice and flip it after a minute
Step 6:- Enjoyyy
