Paneer Sandwich
Ingredients
Bread slices 2
Butter
Green coriander
chutney (Dhania chutney)
Tomato Ketchup
Paneer slices 1 or 2
depends on bread size
Salt and chaat masala
to sprinkle on veggies
2 round Slices of
onion
2 round slices of
tomato
Few Chopped green
capsicum
Method of Making
Paneer Grilled Sandwich
Step 1:- Take 2 bread
slices and spread some butter on it
Step 2:- Spread
dhania (coriander) chutney on any one bread slice and tomato ketchup on the
other
Step 3:- Place Paneer
(Cottage cheese ) slices on top of any bread sprinkle some salt and chaat
masala
Step 4:- Place onion
slices,tomato slices and chopped capsicum on top of paneer and sprinkle salt and
chaat masala again
Step 5:- Now cover
the sandwich with the second bread and
grill it on sandwich maker or on tawa
Step 6:- Enjoyyy
