Vermicelli Pulao
is a healthy dish which can be served in a breakfast ,lunch, dinner or in kids
lunch boxes .Its a dish combined with lots of vegetables and few regular spices
which ultimately make it rich,tasty or more or less like noodles and Maggie and
that is the best part for moms specially because kids will never say no to
these amazing healthy noodles.
Ingredients
Required Vermicelli Pulao
Vermicelli 1 Cup
Water to boil vermicelli
Oil 4-5 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Few curry leaves
Chopped onion 1
Chopped tomato 1
Chopped carrot ½
Chopped capsicum ½
Green peas ¼ cup
Salt
Redchilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Method
of Making Vermicelli Pulao|Namkeen sevaiyan
Step
1 :- Roast 1 cup of vermicelli in a pan for 2-3 minutes and keep it aside
Step
2:-boil water in a pan add salt and 2 tablespoon oil in water along with
roasted vermicelli boil
for 2-3 minutes .Do not over boil it..After 2-3 minutes
drain out all the water and keep it aside
Step
3:- Take a pan add 3-4 tablespoon oil followed by cumin seeds , curry leaves
and chopped onions sauté for a minute or till onions gets soft
Step
4:- Add salt to taste,Redchilli powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder mix
and cook for few seconds
Step
5:- add all the vegetables(peas,capsicum,tomato,carrots) mix well ..cover and
cook for 3-4 minutes
Step
6:- After 3-4 minutes when vegetables gets soft add the boiled vermicelli and
mix

7:- Serve and enjoy
