Here is how you can prepare the most authentic Chocolate Brownie with Snickers Bar and some common ingredients! Just flour, curds, butter, cocoa and a few other everyday ingredients when worked the right way give rise to a fantastic treat that is perfect to serve with tea or as a dessert, with a topping of vanilla ice-cream. Whichever way you choose to have it, you are sure to fall in love with this rich chocolate experience.Also we are making it in a kadhai this time that too egg less.So lets celebrate this Christmas with this special recipe.



Ingredients Required

Melted Butter 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1 Tbsp
Maida (plain flour) 1 cup
Coco powder 5 Tablespoon
Baking Powder 1 Tsp
Snickers Bars (Chopped) 2
Curd/Yogurt 1 cup

Method of Making Snickers Brownies 

Step 1 :-   Pre heat Kadhai :- Take a kadhai or pressure cooker place a plate or stand on it cover it and heat it for 5-7 minutes

Step 2:- Take a bowl add butter and sugar and whisk till it becomes smooth

Step 3:- Add vanilla essence and whisk again

Step 4:- Now sift Maida (plain flour) ,coco powder and baking powder in the same bowl

Step 5:- Add curd and mix everything with cut and fold method

Step 6:- Add chopped  Snicker chocolates and mix again

Step 7:- Add batter in a greased cake tin level it up and place it on pre heat kadhai or pressure cooker 

Step 8 :- Let it cook on lower medium flame for 30 minutes
