Healthy Sandwich Recipe For Weight Loss |Weight Loss Sandwich Recipe |Healthy Breakfast Recipe

 

 
 
Ingredients Required For Sandwich
 
2 Bread Slices (Brown bread or Dalia Bread)
Coriander Chutney (Dhania Chutney)
Green Moong Sprouts
Tomato slices 2
Cucumber slices 2
Onion slice 1
Capsicum slice 1
Himalayan pink salt 
Black pepper powder
 
 
Method of Making Healthy Veg Sandwich
 
Step 1 :- Spread Green chutney on both the bread slices
Step 2:- Spread moong sprouts on any one bread slice
Step 3:- Keep tomato slices,cucumber slices,onion slice,and capsicum slice on top of sprouts
Step 4:- Sprinkle himalayan pink salt and black pepper powder
Step 5:-Cover bread with the other one and cook from both the sides on tawa/pan without oil or butter
