 Learn How to make Gajar ka Achaar |Carrot Pickle 

Winters are incomplete without gajar ka achaar ,so lets make the most famous achaar of sindhis which is super delicious and spicy , made up of water and few ingredients which are easily available at home.It takes only 5 minutes to make this achaar .

 

Ingredients Required

Carrots /Gajar 4 cut into  juliennes 

Mustard seeds grounded 2 tsp

Salt to taste or 2 tsp

Redchilli Powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Finely chopped Green Onion /Hara Pyaaz 1 

Water 1.5 Cup

 


Method of Making Paani wala Gajar ka achaar

Step 1:- Boil Carrots in water for 5 minutes 

Step 2:- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl along with the water in which carrots were boiled and mix

Step 3:- Transfer everything in a jar and keep it in sunlight for 2 days

Step 4:- After 2 days it will be ready to eat,You can use this achaar for 5-6 days
