Ingredients for Dana Methi ki Sabzi
Dana Methi (fenugreek seeds) 100 gms
soaked overnight and boiled
Dry dates (Chhuare) 5-6 chopped
Raisins 10-15
Jaggery 1 cup chopped
Oil 3-4 tablespoon
Water 1 cup
Redchilli powder 1 tsp
Salt
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Method of making Dana methi ki sabzi
or launji
Step 1:- take oil in a pan followed
by dry dates,raisins,salt,redchilli powder,coriander powder and garam masala
mix everything well
Step 2:- now add jiggery and mix
again
Step 3:- when jiggery melts add water
and make a thick or honey kind of consistency
Step 4:- when water becomes thick add
dana methi (fenugreek seeds) now cover and cook till the water absorbs
