Dana methi ki sabzi, also known as Dana methi ki launji is a delicious  recipe made by fenugreek seeds, jaggery, dry dates, raisins and some powdered spices. It is a very easy and quick vegan recipe.
This dana methi ki sabzi recipe can be used for 1 month if stored in refrigerator. 

Since fenugreek seeds (methi dana) are one of the best ingredients to cure heart problems, constipation, acidity, obesity, back pain and joints pain. Even fenugreek seeds are very much beneficial for skin and hair diseases also, so this recipe is a tasty way to treat these health and beauty issues.

Ingredients for Dana Methi ki Sabzi

Dana Methi (fenugreek seeds) 100 gms soaked overnight and boiled
Dry dates (Chhuare) 5-6 chopped
Raisins 10-15
Jaggery 1 cup chopped
Oil 3-4 tablespoon
Water 1 cup
Redchilli powder 1 tsp
Salt
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp



Method of making Dana methi ki sabzi or launji

Step 1:- take oil in a pan followed by dry dates,raisins,salt,redchilli powder,coriander powder and garam masala mix everything well
Step 2:- now add jiggery and mix again
Step 3:- when jiggery melts add water and make a thick or honey kind of consistency
Step 4:- when water becomes thick add dana methi (fenugreek seeds) now cover and cook till the water absorbs
