Ingredients for Sub veggie patty sandwich
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
Some grean peas(gronded )
2 chopped green chillies
1 chopped onion
Salt
Black pepper
Chaat masala 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Redchilli sauce 1 tablespoon
Some Lettuce
Some sliced onions
Some sliced tomatoes
Some sliced cucumber
Some sliced green bell pepper
2 Cheese slices
Method of making subway veggie patty sandwich
Step 1:- For patty :- Mix mashed potatoes,gronded peas,green chillies onions ,some salt,1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and chaat masala..mix everything well
Step 2:- Take small portion of potato mixture and make rectangular shape patty
Step3:- Coat patties with bread crumbs
Step 4:- Take few drops of oil in a pan and shallow fry these patties
Step 5:- Mix mayonnaise and redchillisauce and keep it aside
Step 6:- take a foot long bread divide it in to two parts
Step 7:- now apply mayonnaise and rechilli sauce mixture on bread,put lettuce on top of it followed by onion,cucumber,tomato and bell pepper slices
Step8:- sprinkle some salt ,black pepper and chaat masala on top of veggies
Step9:- Place patties on top of veggies
Step10:- Cut cheese slices in triangular shape as shown in video and place them on first layer of bread
Step 11 :- put some more mayonnaise on top of patties and cover the bread with the first layer
Step 12:- Enjoy!!!
