A simple roasted munching snacks from the tasty cashew nuts or kaju, ideal for evening snacks or a side dish to your meal. In this recipe post, it describes an easy way to roast the cashews.Its just take 10 minutes of yours to make these lovelies and you get the same taste which you get in market.  This Diwali Gift your loved ones something special and healthy with all your love. 


Ingredients for Roasted Kaju or Cashews

Kaju (Cashews) 200 Gms
Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tablespoon
Salt 1tsp
Redchilli powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Mango powder 1 tsp



Method of Making Roasted Kaju (cashews)

Step 1:- Mix all the spices in a bowl (salt,redchilli powder,cumin powder,black salt,black pepper,mango powder ) and keep it aside
Step 2:- Add ghee in a pan followed by cashews (kaju) now keep stirring them on low flame till they changes color or get light brown color. The whole process will take 7-8 minutes
Step 3:- As soon as you get light brown color transfer them in a bowl and add 2 tsp masala that we made earlier and mix well
Step 4:- Serve it in your parties ,enjoy as your evening snack or just gift them to someone special on this Diwali
