Eggless Paan Brownies In Kadhai|Chocolate and Paan Flavored Brownies
Who don’t love brownies.We always use to have brownies with
tea,coffee,ice creams or just like that.We have also seen so many
varieties of brownie but never thought to combine chocolate brownies
with paan and gulkand.Yes you read it write today we will be making
Chocolate and Paan flavored brownies which are so refreshing and

Ingredients required for Paan Brownies
For 1st layer (Brownie Batter)
Melted butter ½ cup
Powdered Sugar 1 cup
Coco powder 4 tablespoon
Maida(plain flour) 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
Curd 1 cup
For 2nd Layer (paan mixture)
Warm Gulkand 3-4 Tablespoon
Fennel powder (saunf) 2 tablespoon
Almond powder (badam) 3 tablespoon
Desiccated Coconut 1 cup
Chooped Paan Leaves (Betel leaves)
Condensed milk 200 gms (1/2 tin)
1-2 drops of green food color
For 3rd layer
1 cup cream
2 cups dark chocolate
Butter 1 tablespoon
For 1st layer (Brownie Batter)
Melted butter ½ cup
Powdered Sugar 1 cup
Coco powder 4 tablespoon
Maida(plain flour) 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
Curd 1 cup
For 2nd Layer (paan mixture)
Warm Gulkand 3-4 Tablespoon
Fennel powder (saunf) 2 tablespoon
Almond powder (badam) 3 tablespoon
Desiccated Coconut 1 cup
Chooped Paan Leaves (Betel leaves)
Condensed milk 200 gms (1/2 tin)
1-2 drops of green food color
For 3rd layer
1 cup cream
2 cups dark chocolate
Butter 1 tablespoon
Method of making Brownie First layer
Preheat kadhai /pan /cooker
Step 1:- Put a cup of salt in kadhai ,place a plate or bowl and over it on medium flame for 10 minutes
Step 2:- Put Melted butter and sugar in a bowl and whisk
Step 3:-Add coco powder ,maida,baking powder,vanilla essence and mix
Step 4:- Add curd and mix
Step 5:- Transfer this batter in a greased cake tin and put in preheated kadhai or pan for 30-35 minutes on low flame
Step 6:- first layer will be ready
Method of making Second layer (Paan mixture)
Step 1:- Mix Gulkand,fennel powder,almond powder,desiccated coconut,paan leaves ,condensed milk and green food color in a bowl
Step 2:- now transfer this mixture on top of brownie and level it
Step 3:- Second layer is ready
Method of making Third layer
Step 1:- Heat 1 cup cream in a pan for few seconds
Step 2:- transfer hot cream in a bowl with 2 cups of dark chocolate
Step 3:- leave it for a minute
Step 4:- now mix and add butter and mix again
Step 5:- Transfer this on top of paan mixture and keep cake tin in refrigerator for 4 hours to set
Step 6:- After 4 hours serve it like this or add some chocolate flakes on top for garnishing

Method of making Third layer
Step 1:- Heat 1 cup cream in a pan for few seconds
Step 2:- transfer hot cream in a bowl with 2 cups of dark chocolate
Step 3:- leave it for a minute
Step 4:- now mix and add butter and mix again
