Dry Fruit Milkshake Recipe |Tasty and Healthy Milkshake

calcium and proteins. Not only that this milkshake is totally
sugar-free!
Ingredients for Dry fruit Milkshake
Water 1 Cup
Almonds (badam) 6-7
Dates Chopped 5-6
Figs 3-4
Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
Saffron strands (kesar)
Milk 1.5 Cup
Method of Making Dry fruit Milkshake
Step 1:- Take water in a pan add almonds,figs,dates, cardamom powder
and saffron strands in it and now let in boil for 5-7 minutes
Step 2:- Transfer this mixture in a blending jar and blend it properly
Step 3:- now add milk and blend again
Step 4:- Pour it in a glass and serve
