Learn How to make Aloo Aur Shimla Mirch ki Sabzi |Potato and Capsicum/Bell Pepper Curry

Aloo Shimla Mirch is very easy to make at home.All  ingredients are easily available at home.It takes around 15 minutes of yours to make this super easy and super delicious recipe.


 Ingredients for Aloo Shimla Mirch ki Sabzi

 Boiled Aloo (potato) 2:- Chopped in cubes

Shimla Mirch (Green Capsicum/Bell Pepper) 1:- Chopped

 Oil :- 5-6 Tablespoon

Chopped Green chillies 2

Garlic paste 7-8 cloves

Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon

Chopped Onions 2

Salt

Redchilli powder 1 teaspoon

 Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

Mango powder 1 teaspoon

Garam Masala 1 teaspoon

Water ¼ Cup

 Method of Making Aloo Shimla Mirch ki Sabzi

Step 1:- Add oil in a pan followed by cumin seeds,green chillies and garlic paste sauté for a minute

 Step2:- Add chopped onions and Shimla mirch (capsicum) followed by salt and cover it and cook for 3-4 minutes

Step 3:- Add boiled potatoes followed by  redchilli powder,turmeric powder,mango powder,garam masala and salt again as we have added potatoes.Mix everything well

Step 4:- Add ¼ cup water and cover it for another 1 minute and its done.
