No Bake Oreo Cake - A Complete Delight for the Complete Family


4th June 2017 was not less than a festival in India...No it was not Diwali, not even Holi, it was India vs Pakistan in the ICC Champions Trophy. My whole family gathered to watch the epic match at my place. Around 2 PM, my house was full of relatives and friends.

Now when the whole family is around and you are  good cook there is no other option than offering the people around you with good food and then the idea of "No Bake Oreo Cake" came in my mind.

So without wasting your time I would like to share the amazing recipe with you.



Step 1 Take oreo biscuits in a blending jar and blend them (make fine powder).

Step 2 Transfer this powder in a bowl and mix half cup melted butter.

Step 3 Transfer this mixture in cake tin set it with the help of hands or spoon and keep it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.


Step 4 After 30 minutes heat the fresh whipping cream heat until it just comes to boil.


Step 5 Mix this cream with dark chocolate and leave it for 2 minutes.


Step 6 After 2 minutes mix cream and chocolate and add 2 tablespoon butter (ganache is ready).


Step 7 Transfer this ganache in cake tin on top of biscuit mixture.


Step 8 Keep it in a refrigerator for 3-4 hours.


Step 9 After 3-4 hours garnish it with walnuts and enjoy.


The cake was amazing, my complete family enjoyed it.
