Ingredients for Chocolate energy bar
Oats 1 Cup
Almonds 1 cup
Cashews 1 Cup
Walnuts 1 Cup
Seedless Dates 18-20 numbers
Flax seeds powder 1Tablespoon
Vanilla Essence 1 Tablespoon
Fresh grated coconut 1 cup
Unsweetened coco powder 4-5 tablespoons
Pinch of salt
Method of Making Homemade chocolate energy bars
Step 1:- Saute oats for 2-3 minutes and then take out in a
bowl
Step 2:- in the same pan sauté almonds,cashews and walnuts
for 3-4 minutes and take out in a bowl
Step 3:- As soon as they cool down blend them into fine
powder
Step4:- In the same blender mix all other ingredients and
blend them again till it turns into a sticky dough
Step 5:- Transfer everything in a cake tin or mithai tray
and level with spoon or spatula
Step 6:- refrigerate for 1 hour or till it sets
Step 7:- After 1 hour cut it into your desired shape and
its ready to eat
Note:-
Store it in an air tight container and keep it in refrigerator for 4-5 days
