Healthy Homemade Chocolate Energy Bar | Protein Bar for Kids and Adults |Rj Payal’s Kitchen I ngredients for Chocolate energy bar Oats 1 Cup Almonds 1 cup Cashews 1 Cup Walnuts 1 Cup Seedless Dates 18-20 numbers Flax seeds powder 1Tablespoon Vanilla Essence 1 Tablespoon Fresh grated coconut 1 cup Unsweetened coco powder 4-5 tablespoons Pinch of salt Method of Making Homemade chocolate energy bars Step 1:- Saute oats for 2-3 minutes and then take out in a bowl Step 2:- in the same pan sauté almonds,cashews and walnuts for 3-4 minutes and take out in a bowl Step 3:- As soon as they cool down blend them into fine powder Step4:- In the same blender mix all other ingredients and blend them again till it turns into a sticky dough Step 5:- Transfer everything in a cake tin or mithai tray and level with spoon or spatula Step 6:- refrigerate for 1 hour or till it sets Step 7
