Atta Biscuits Recipe in Kadhai|Healthy Whole Wheat Flour Biscuits in Kadai/Pan|Rj Payal's Kitchen Ingredients Required  Ghee 50 gms Brown sugar 50 gms Aata (wheat flour) 70 gms Baking powder 1/8 tsp Milk 5-6 tablespoons Chopped Pistachios for garnishing Salt 1 cup for baking  Method of Making  Step 1:- Take a bowl add ghee and sugar and whisk for 3-4 minutes or till you get smooth and lump free texture Step 2:- Now add wheat flour followed by baking powder and mix with light hands Step 3:-Add milk spoon by spoon and combine the dough  Step 4:- Now cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes Step 5:- After 30 minutes make small round shape balls and press a little just like we make peda aur tikki Step 6:- Garnish with pistacious or almonds Step 7:- Now place these biscuits on a plate or tray greased with oil or ghee or you can keep aluminum foil on tray or plate (you can also use cake tin instead of plate

Home Made KitKat Ice Cream Recipe By Rj Payal's Kitchen Ingredients Required for Kitkat Ice cream Amul Fresh Cream or home made cream 200 Gms Condensed Milk 100 Gms Vanilla Essence 1 Tablespoon Kitkat chocolate 2-3 (as per requirement) Chocolate sauce Method of Making Kitkat Ice cream Step 1:- Mix Cream,condensed milk and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk for 5-6 minutes or till you get creamy texture Step 2:- Add chopped kitkats  Step 3:- Transfer ice cream mixture in an air tight container ,cover and freeze for 1 hour Step 4:- After one hour mix the ice cream mixture with spoon to avoid ice crystals now pour some chocolate sauce and chopped kitakat on top Step 4:- Cover and freeze again for 6 hours or over night Step 5:- After 6 hours Enjoy!!!
